At WONDERFOLD, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please ensure all products are in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your WONDERFOLD gear in its original box, ensuring all parts and manuals are included before attaching the label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
