How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do WonderFold strollers come with a warranty?
Yes, all our strollers come with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. You can also register your product online to streamline any future claims.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna or Affirm for eligible purchases.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Are the fabric components of the stroller washable?
Most WonderFold fabric liners and seats are removable. We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and warm water or hand washing and air drying to maintain the integrity of the material.
